Everyone knows that a full and a new moon is great for ghost hunting. Also three days before and three days after the full and new moon are good. The lunar cycle is at the top of this page. The best ghost months are October through April, when everything starts getting static charged. This too is energy for them to take. During the winter solstice is also a good time, activity seems to increase on this night, maybe because this is the longest night of the year. There is other things for you to look at. Best times are between 9:00pm and 6:00am. The witching hour is 3am &3pm not midnight. That is not to say midnight isn't good but 3am is the best. Just be careful Demonic spirits, inhuman spirits, are also most active at 3am!We also check the geomagnetic field. In your home you have lots of energy for them to take for free. Spirits need energy to form. The sun releases charged particles, some of these particles are not stopped by the suns magnetic field. This is called a solar flare. Small flares can happen daily and more extreme flares can happen up to once a week. After they are released these particles fly past the Earth within days after a flare with extreme rates of speed. They release electro magnetic particles in our atmosphere. These help spirits get their energy. There are many levels of solar flares, M-class, the smallest x-class and a mega flare being the biggest of the storms. This is the solar x-ray box on the top. When these charged particles reach the earth it is called a magnetic storm. The geomagnetic field box is below the solar x-rays. This box will tell you if the field is Quiet, unsettled, or if we are in a storm. As we have stated that spirits need energy, they will draw the energy from these particles, like they draw from your batteries. This helps them both increase and intensify in their activity.
