IT's THE LIVING THAT SCARES US!
In Dunmore there is a road called Elmhurst Bld, this road has been said to be haunted by a phantom car. NYPAPS went to see if this story is true, the story goes as follows, drive down Elmhurst until you get to the turn around and then drive around this 3 times with your lights out and then head back towards Dunmore. Well we were driving to the turn around and going rather slow because it is a very DANGEROUS road, on one side is a cliff and on the other is a mountain and I really didn't want to hit either. We were not even at the turn around yet when a car came screeming up to us rather fast. NO I DID NOT SPEED UP! No way not on this road and I thought what everyone says he will never catch you. GUESS what he never does. He kept coming up to the bumper of my car but never hit us. Suddenly he turned into the woods and yes he just disappeared, that's right I said he disapeared! So maybe this story is true but PLEASE emember this is a very dangerous road and DO NOT SPEED and do not try to get away from himhe WILL NOT catch you. Another place in Scranton PA which is famous for being haunted is the West Mountain Sanitarium. we were told by the police to stay away from there at night so we did what we were told! But this is some pics we got during the day there. Also we had a personal experience we heard someone following us around and I have to tell you no one was there.
